Athens Cypria Hotel

This place suits me perfectly! It has great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. The staff once helped me find my way to a nearby attraction, and their warmth stands out. I'll be back for Xmas!

We spend 2 nights in Athens lovely. Thanks to the exceptionally kind stuff everything was exceptional, including variety of high quality food. The location was fab, within a close distance from a big historic park. Restaurants and cafes where near the place.

We booked double room that was complete with lovely amenities in the bathroom, the huge balcony to Acropolis, as example as advertised.

My room, while comfortable, had a slightly obstructed view. It provided an enjoyable experience in the heart of the city.

The venue's position was very central.

Luxurious hotel, newly renovated rooms, magnificent view to Acropolis and mountains. Particularly good and perfect location close to Monastiraki. A wide array of places to visit, such as bars and cafes close to the venue

Cold breakfast.

I reached around midnight and they gave me a nice room in the new wing as requested. The reception staff, especially the man on duty during night hours, was excellent.

Change the mattresses. They are small and very old. It is like sleeping on lumps of metal.

In fact, I am very glad to choose your Hotel. I did not even expect that the staying in your Hotel will be so pleasant and give so nice impression about all the Greece and Greek people. I liked it in all the terms: very sympathic personals, clearness in the room, fantastic position, view from the window etc. Though the building is surrounding with not so nice constructions (the view to Acropolis was a little damaged by that), after 1 day of staying I have stoped to observe it and enjoyed only the beauty of the Parthenon from the balcon of your Hotel.

Simplicity and grat location

The hotel was centrally located. However, our stay in the hotel coincided with the rioting in conjunction with the Greek Parliament voting on the austerity measures. To be fair the Cypria Hotel couldn't be blamed for this. The staff were very good and couldn't be more helpful. They did everything to make our stay at the Hotel as pleasant as possible. The Cypria Hotel is well placed to discover Athens. My wife and I would stay in the Hotel in the future if we decided to go back to Athens.

We felt the Hotel was a little bit overpriced. The breakfast was good, however, the menu needs to change as the same fare was on offer for our eleven days stay.

i always choose room 604 because I can look at the parthenon of which I adore. the curtains ar very dirty and the curtains extr. dirty.they need renovation
